This document specifies the SOAP-based web service for Telefónica recharges in Mexico. This is distinct from the ISO8583 protocol — Via One uses both depending on the context:
- ISO8583 (newer, faster, real-time): used by

altamira-provider.jsfor the legacy recharge path
