Via One Command Center¶
The Via One Command Center (app.via.one/app) is the master control plane for the platform. From one dashboard, an operator manages 5 tenants, 30+ providers, all distributors, KYB onboarding, OFAC compliance, NOC, deploys, and integrations.

Day-1 walkthrough¶
If you're a new system_admin, the manual recommends an 8-step Day 1 tour:
- Log in, confirm view of all 5 tenants
- Open Live Console for 5 min, feel the rhythm
- Click into OPTIMUS, browse customer roster + transactions
- Open Provider Health, confirm all green
- Open Testing Command Center, run an ISO8583 simulation
- Open NOC, read recent alerts
- Read Part VIII before any deploy
- Bookmark Appendix A (endpoints) and Appendix G (SQL queries)
