Servipagos provides three internal manuals that cover their app + backoffice from the operator/admin perspective. Via One operators encounter these when supporting Servipagos VZ traffic on the platform.

Where Servipagos fits in Via One¶

Servipagos VZ is the Venezuelan bill payment provider. Within the Via One platform:

It's wired into the OPTIMUS tenant (and others using Servipagos)
Customer integrations: 4 active product_assignments per latcomdigital (CTV-FIJ, DIG-POS, INT-PAG, MOV-POS)
All amounts in VES (Venezuelan Bolívar)
Routes via the servipagosvz provider in route_mappings
